Return Policy

At BeautyD.lk, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

1. Return Period – You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items – Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. We cannot accept used beauty or personal care products for hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items – If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
4. Refunds – Refunds will be made to your original payment method after we receive and check the returned item.
5. Return Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
